DIW also offers private one-on-one wellness coaching led by Dr. Linda Olson. This is a non-clinical, skills-based experience for individuals seeking greater emotional steadiness, clearer boundaries, and more confidence in their decisions and relationships.

Coaching is practical and pressure-free. There is no need to perform, analyze, or relive the past. Instead, sessions emphasize insight and skill-building that can be applied immediately in daily life—at your own pace, in a space that feels safe and supportive.
