Guided Groups Using EE Technology
This is not group therapy. This is not guided meditation. This is a deeper level of support, where evidence-based skills and physiological regulation happen together. These guided group experiences are a calm, structured medium for learning supportive practices, listening, and restoring emotional balance.
Groups take place in a room with the EE technology, designed to support a calmer, more receptive state that allows participants to engage more fully. This structure allows for a rare integration of mind and body support, simultaneously.

Guided by licensed clinical psychologist Dr. Linda Olson, these groups are informed by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) principles. Each group centers on a specific theme and is presented using evidence-based practices in accessible, non-clinical language.
These groups are not psychotherapy and are not a substitute for mental health treatment.
HOW THE GROUPS WORK
We offer four core group experiences.
Each group stands alone and may be attended individually or combined with others over time.
Two groups are offered each week, rotating on a two-week cycle. You may join at any time—no prior attendance is required, and participation is always optional.
THE THEMES
Group 1 — Mindfulness & Nervous System Awareness
Learn how to slow down, notice your body, and respond instead of react.
This group focuses on present-moment awareness and nervous-system regulation. Participants learn simple, grounding practices to reduce overwhelm, anxiety, and emotional reactivity.
This group provides the foundation for all other groups.

Ideal for:
- Loss of a loved one, relationship, or role
- Carrying unexpressed grief in silence
- Difficulty moving forward after loss
- Feeling flat, shut down, or “going through the motions”
